Crew members log passenger counts during boarding and disembarking using the Bay Manifest mobile app or web interface. These counts are instantly updated in real-time, giving management immediate visibility into passenger loads on all vessels. This eliminates the need to call or text captains for updates and provides emergency services with accurate POB data if the physical vessel is unreachable.
